Refund policy
Returns
We offer returns and exchanges only if the items sent are incorrect or damaged on arrival. If you have a product to return or exchange, please contact us via email within 14 days of receiving the product at thehagdoctor@gmail.com. The request must include order number, photo of the problem/defect, and written explanation of the issue.
The Hag Doctor is not responsible for lost/missing/stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, and orders will not be re-sent or refunded.
We cannot provide any returns or exchanges for accidental damage caused during laundering or dry-cleaning, such as stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tears, rips, bleaching, iron damage, or heat damage.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due the wrong shipping address being entered for the order.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not accepted at this time.
As a Reminder
Returns shipped to us without prior authorization are not eligible for refund, exchange, dispute or charge back, and will not be shipped back to the customer.
